Internet Librarian International invites UKeiG submissions

Posted on behalf of Caroline Milner:

Dear UKeiG Colleagues

We're delighted that UKeiG is to support Internet Librarian International 2008.

The conference takes place in London on 16 & 17 October 2008 and has just broadcast its call for speakers. Celebrating its 10th birthday in 2008, Internet Librarian International's theme this year is "Translating 2.0 Technologies for Tangible Benefits & Transparency".

Practical papers evaluating technologies in light of their benefits are welcomed and we seek dynamic speakers willing to share their knowledge and experience about information tools, techniques, processes and management. How do information professionals translate various 2.0 technologies so they provide real value to people in all types of information environments?

See the full Call at: http://www.internet-librarian.com

The submissions deadline is 28 March 2008 and we look forward to welcoming our global information colleagues to London again this October.
