Intranets Forum

The intranets forum is for UKeiG members interested in intranets. We hold free, informal meetings to provide opportunities for members to view other organisations' intranets and to discuss topics of mutual interest. Topics covered have included:

  • SharePoint in action
  • intranets in academia
  • working with sub-editors
  • planning your intranet strategy
  • meeting accessibility standards
  • marketing your intranet

Future meetings will be advertised here and on our mailing list http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/UKEIG-INTRANETS-FORUM.html

The list and the Forum are a membership benefit and attendees must be UKeiG members.

We are pleased to announce that Dion Lindsay will be running the popular Intranets Forum. Dion replaces Janet Corcoran whose work has taken her away from intranet development.

Dion will be planning the next meeting very shortly, but please don't hesitate to contact him if you can provide a venue, or have any ideas for the theme of a future meeting.
