UKeiG Copyright Course receives high praise

Submitted by Chris Armstrong on 24 November, 2011 - 12:09

The recent UKeiG training workshop, The future of copyright in the digital age and what it means for you, held in London on 15 November 2011, received an unequivocal 'thumbs up' from those who attended. The course which was highly interactive, with a quiz, discussions on scenarios, and two Q&A sessions attracted comments from the more than 50 participants including:

"An excellent course especially in the format it was. Pleasantly informal and plenty of opportunity to ask questions"

"A really excellent practical course on issues that occur every day for us – many thanks"

"Excellent speakers, very engaging, entertaining and clear"

and

"Extremely relevant, an excellent course"

Perhaps the highest praise came in the report on the event (which has been published in eLucudate), which noted that "The courses it [UKeiG] runs, and this was a prime example, are of world class quality and in these cash-straitened times, superb value for money."

The course is scheduled to be run again in Edinburgh on February 2nd 2012. Details will be posted shortly here.
