Whether your organisation, your customers, or you are most directly affected by the current economic climate, the chances are that you are having to develop new e-services or e-products, new ways of working, and communicating new information and knowledge to your customers.

Leading and managing change, and marketing yourself, your products and your services are not luxuries: they are a necessity for any professional looking to proactively manage their way through a recession and into a recovery.
